Seller authorization
Sellers connect their own Etsy shop to OneChannelAdmin using Etsy's OAuth authorization flow. OneChannelAdmin can access only the Etsy data and functionality authorized by the seller and required for the connected features.
No marketplace scraping
OneChannelAdmin does not scrape Etsy.com or collect Etsy marketplace data through automated browsing, browser extensions, or other unauthorized methods. Etsy data is accessed through Etsy's authorized API.
Purpose
OneChannelAdmin uses Etsy API access to provide seller-authorized tools for listing, inventory, order, pricing, fulfillment, and related ecommerce management workflows.
No competitor or marketplace analytics
OneChannelAdmin does not use Etsy API data to provide competitor analysis, cross-seller comparisons, or Etsy marketplace analytics. Etsy API access is limited to the connected seller's own authorized shop and the seller-authorized workflows described on this page.

How OneChannelAdmin Works With Etsy
Sellers connect their own Etsy shop to OneChannelAdmin through Etsy's authorized OAuth flow. After authorization, OneChannelAdmin uses only the minimum Etsy API permissions required for the seller-authorized features the seller enables.
OneChannelAdmin is an independent third-party application. Etsy remains the seller's marketplace and storefront. OneChannelAdmin does not replace Etsy's marketplace or Etsy checkout.

Listing content for the seller's authorized Etsy shop can be managed from the seller's OneChannelAdmin product record.

Available quantity on the authorized Etsy shop can follow the same inventory record used for other connected channels.

Etsy prices can be published from seller-configured catalog and channel pricing rules.

Fulfillment / Tracking
Shipping and tracking information can be managed through OneChannelAdmin's fulfillment workflows. Where supported by the Etsy API and authorized permissions, relevant tracking information can be synchronized with the Etsy order.
API Permissions
OneChannelAdmin requests only the minimum Etsy API permissions required for the seller-authorized functionality enabled by the integration. Each requested permission is tied to a specific feature and is not requested for future or unrelated functionality.
Etsy Data We Access
OneChannelAdmin accesses Etsy data only through the Etsy API and only after the seller has authorized the connection.
Depending on the permissions granted and the functionality enabled, OneChannelAdmin may access supported listing, shop, inventory, order, pricing, and fulfillment-related information for the connected seller's own Etsy shop.
Access to Etsy member information is limited to what is necessary to provide the connected seller's requested services.
Use of Etsy Data
Etsy data accessed through the OneChannelAdmin integration is used only to provide the functionality requested by the authorized seller, such as supported listing, inventory, order, pricing, and fulfillment workflows.
OneChannelAdmin does not use Etsy member data for unrelated purposes, competitive intelligence, or cross-seller analysis.
OneChannelAdmin does not sell Etsy member data or provide Etsy member data to unrelated third parties for independent use.
Etsy Data Storage & Security
OneChannelAdmin stores only the Etsy information necessary to provide the seller-authorized integration.
Etsy-related credentials and data are protected using appropriate security controls, and access is restricted to authorized OneChannelAdmin services and users.
Etsy data is not sold or provided to unrelated third parties for independent use.

Disconnecting Your Etsy Shop
Sellers can disconnect their Etsy shop from OneChannelAdmin at any time. After disconnection, OneChannelAdmin stops using the associated Etsy authorization for API access.
Stored Etsy-related information is handled according to OneChannelAdmin's applicable data retention and deletion policies, including the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy. Sellers may contact support to request deletion where supported.
API-Only Access
OneChannelAdmin does not scrape Etsy.com or collect Etsy marketplace data through automated browsing, browser extensions, or other unauthorized methods. Etsy data is accessed through Etsy's authorized API. OneChannelAdmin does not bypass Etsy authentication or security controls, or access Etsy data through unauthorized APIs.
What OneChannelAdmin Does Not Do
- Does not scrape Etsy.com or collect Etsy marketplace data through automated browsing, browser extensions, or other unauthorized methods.
- Does not collect Etsy competitor listings for analysis.
- Does not provide Etsy competitor analysis, cross-seller comparisons, or Etsy marketplace analytics from Etsy API data.
- Does not collect Etsy passwords.
- Does not bypass Etsy authentication or API controls.
- Does not attempt to replace Etsy's marketplace or checkout.
- Does not represent itself as an Etsy product.
- Does not use Etsy member data for unrelated purposes.
- Does not request API permissions that are unnecessary for the intended functionality.
- Does not use Etsy API data to train AI models unless Etsy has expressly authorized that use.
